Rowie began in 2024, when we met working together in finance and business consulting. While our careers brought us together, it was our shared experiences navigating women’s healthcare that truly connected us.
Samira had lived with endometriosis for nearly 15 years, and Annaliese was navigating fertility challenges. Different conditions, but the same frustrations – difficulty accessing care, high costs, time away from work, and feeling unheard despite years of seeking help.
Like so many women we spoke to, we experienced a system that felt fragmented, impersonal, and hard to navigate. That shared frustration led to a simple question: why does women’s healthcare have to be this difficult?
Rowie was created from the belief that it shouldn’t be. We’re building a more accessible, compassionate, and whole-person approach to women’s health, designed around real lives, not rigid systems.
