Susan is passionate about helping people build meaningful, fulfilling lives.

Susan works collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths, values and personal goals, using these as the foundation for therapy. Susan aims not only to help clients overcome current challenges, but also to support lasting change, empowering them to create lives that feel more purposeful, fulfilling and aligned with what matters most to them.

Susan has extensive experience in:

  • women’s mental health
  • LGBTTQQIAP+ individuals
  • anxiety and depression
  • perimenopause and menopause
  • stress, burnout and workplace wellbeing
  • life transitions, self-esteem and motivation
  • trauma, alcohol and other drug concerns

Susan has worked across telehealth, community mental health, substance use services, research and private practice in both Australia and the United States. Susan primarily works from a Person-Centred Therapy approach and also uses elements of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
